Jaida AbuKhader, eighteen years old, is from Amman, Jordan. She is completing high school at the Amman
National School, and her academic interests include international and area studies, women’s affairs, business, and political science. Jaida enjoys dancing, running and traveling, and loves meeting people from all around the world and learning about their backgrounds. Regardless of her future career, an essential part of Jaida’s work will be demonstrating the vital importance of breaking down internal borders to create peace in the world. She hopes to show people that when facing challenges in life, we should work to view differences between people as bridges toward greater understanding, compassion, and joy. She thanks Daughters for Life for presenting her with this great opportunity to follow her dreams and achieve her goals. She aspires to become an ambassador someday!
